- The office creates the Henderson kitchen, sets the route Cutting → Edgebanding → Assembly → Spray → Install, notes the finish and the site, and prints the QR onto the job sheet.
- The cutting team scans and taps Receive, so everyone can see the job is on the saw and which colour it is.
- Carcasses are assembled and the doors go to spray, and the record makes it clear which units are finished and which are still waiting.
- The base units are fitted this week, so they complete those. ScanPath splits them into their own job for invoicing while the tops carry on.
- The office bills the base units the same week they go in, and the tall units are billed when they are installed.
