This policy explains what personal information ScanPath ("we", "us") collects and how we use it. By using ScanPath you agree to this policy.
We collect the information needed to run the Service: your account and contact details, the team members and job, workflow and scan data you add, your subscription and payment status, and basic technical logs. Card details are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store card numbers.
We use your information only to provide and secure the Service, process your subscription, send service-related emails, and respond to support requests. We use trusted third-party services to operate ScanPath and may share information with them solely for these purposes. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Passwords are stored hashed, data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted by user permissions. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request, except where we must retain records to meet legal obligations.
